Gas filtration

Protect your analyzer to perform

Filter, the key to longevity

Gas analysis requires a high quality of carrier gas and particle-free samples.

The quality of the sample in Micro GC and GC, as well as the quality of the carrier gas, is a key factor in achieving good results and ensuring the proper functioning of your analyzer.

Gas filtration helps protect your analyzers. It avoids sometimes high intervention costs and ensures the availability of the device. On the other hand, it is also an important element, guaranteeing the performance of your analyser. Do not neglect this decisive element of sampling.

Optimal performance, both in sensitivity and stability.

Protect your analyzer from preventable failures.

Guarantee the longevity of your analytical equipment.

FILTER-A-MEMBRANE (1)

Sample gas filtration

In gas analysis, the liquids and particles in the sample must be retained.

The membrane filter is the most common protection device in Micro GC. This by-pass filter has a very low internal volume and requires a limited sample flow.

Available in inert version (SilcoNERT2000) and heated version (for analysis of BTEX, hydrocarbon, solvents and siloxanes), it adapts to all your applications.

Other types of filters exist depending on your applications. Ask for our accessories catalog!

Carrier gas filtration

In gas analysis, the purity of the carrier gas is essential to ensure the performance of your analyser.

Various carrier gas filters exist to protect your GC or Micro GC. The pollutants mainly targeted: humidity (H2O), oxygen (O2) and trace hydrocarbons.

It is recommended that filters should be provided when connecting to a carrier gas network or when the cylinder is shared on several equipment.
