Heated transfer line

Heat to keep your sample

Limit cold spots

The on-line analysis of the gaseous sample requires precautions to maintain the integrity of the sample.

If your sample is in temperature at its point of pick, it is important to keep it in its integrity until you analyser. In order to prevent your gas sample from condensing on its way, it may be necessary to use a heated line for its transfer.

Depending on your needs, the transfer lines are configurable on several parameters:

Self-regulated or temperature controlled.

Length of transfer line

Type of tube inside: stainless steel, Silconert treated stainless steel, etc.

Valcovan (1)

Self-regulated transfer line

Suitable for temperatures between 80°C and 180°C.

The temperature is set to the control. It's the best value for money!

Available from 1m to 4m.
Inland PTFE gain.

Easy maintenance: you pass a stainless steel tube inside the sheath and can easily replace it in case of a simple slip closure. Maximum diameter 1/8′′′.

Power supply 230V. Power supply possible by analyser

Valcovan (1)

Temperature controlled transfer line

Suitable for reaching higher temperatures, up to 350°C.

It is equipped with a control box to control and program the temperature precisely.
Perfect if you need to vary the set, control the temperature perfectly and work beyond 150°C.

Available from 1m to 4m.
Stainless steel inner sheath.

Easy maintenance: you pass a stainless steel tube inside the sheath and can easily replace it in case of a simple slip closure. Maximum diameter 1/8′′′.

Power supply 230V.
