Heated transfer line
Uniform heating to safeguard your sample's chemical signature.
Eliminate Cold Spots and Prevent Condensation
Reliable online gas analysis starts with maintaining total sample integrity.
In order to prevent your gas sample from condensing on its way, it may be necessary to use a heated line for its transfer.
Depending on your needs, the transfer lines are configurable on several parameters:
Self-regulated or temperature controlled.
Length of transfer line
Type of tube inside: stainless steel, Silconert treated stainless steel, etc.

Self-Regulating Heated Transfer Lines
Operating Range: Optimised for temperatures between 80°C and 180°C
Control & Efficiency: Precise temperature regulation offering the best price-to-performance ratio on the market.
Enhanced Safety: An independent sensor prevents thermal runaway, ensuring total system protection
High-Quality Materials: Internal PTFE liner for maximum chemical inertness.
Simplified Maintenance: The 1/8" maximum diameter stainless steel tube is easily replaceable thanks to a convenient zip-closure sleeve.
Power Supply: 230V standard; can be powered directly by the analyzer for seamless integration.

Temperature Regulated Transfer Lines (Up to 350°C)
Extended Thermal Range: Engineered for demanding applications requiring temperatures up to 350°C.
It is equipped with a control box to control and program the temperature precisely. 2 independent control elements are present to avoid any thermal package.
This transfer line is perfect if you need to vary the set, perfectly control the temperature and work beyond 150°C.
Enhanced Safety: An independent sensor prevents thermal runaway, ensuring total system protection
Industrial Build: Features a robust stainless steel internal liner for maximum durability at high temperatures.
Simplified Maintenance: The 1/8" maximum diameter stainless steel tube is easily replaceable thanks to a convenient zip-closure sleeve.
Power supply 230V.
