STREAMBOX
Intelligent Multi-Stream Gas Selection System
Automated Gas Multiplexing for your GC Analyzer
Automate and streamline your gas sampling from 4 to 32 streams with total precision and universal compatibility.
STREAMBOX, Multiply the possibilities
STREAMBOX adapts to your sample conditions.
The Streambox is a high-performance gas stream selector designed to automate sampling for any gas analyzer (GC, Micro-GC, Mass Spectrometer, or gas sensors). By centralizing your sampling points, it eliminates manual handling and ensures continuous, repeatable monitoring of your processes or laboratory experiments.
Designed to work seamlessly with any analyzer manufacturer, providing a truly universal sampling interface.
Smart Control without Software Constraints
Following the Chemlys philosophy, the Streambox features an autonomous, embedded controller. You no longer need to worry about dedicated workstations or complex software installations. Scalable Architecture: Available in configurations ranging from 4 to 32 streams to adapt to your growing needs.
Engineered for the Most Demanding Samples: Whether you are dealing with ambient air, pressurized process gases, or reactive mixtures, the Streambox is built to preserve sample integrity. Chemlys provides expert support to tailor the Streambox to your specific pressure and flow requirements, including customized bypass options for faster response times.
STREAMBOX, a product designed and manufactured by CHEMLYS, allows great flexibility in multiplexing for GC analysis of samples.
- Web-Based Interface: Access and program your stream sequences directly from any web browser on your tablet, laptop or computer.
- Scalable Architecture: Available in configurations ranging from 4 to 32 streams to adapt to your growing needs.
- Inert Flow Path: All valves and lines can be SilcoNert® 2000 treated, minimizing adsorption and ensuring the detection of trace-level reactive gases.
- Heated Configurations: Available in heated versions (80°C, 140°C) to prevent condensation and ensure the accurate transfer of heavy or humid compounds.
Operating Principle:
The Streambox is a versatile gas multiplexing system designed for seamless integration with any GC or Micro-GC. Positioned flexibly to either the right or left of your analyzer, it automates the sequential routing of multiple gas streams, ensuring precise and reliable sampling for continuous analysis.
Gas Bag Sampling Autosampler: In this dedicated version, an integrated pump and rotameter ensure highly repeatable sampling, regardless of the gas matrix.
Universal Container Compatibility: Seamlessly adapt to cylinders, canisters, Tedlar® bags, and other specialized gas sampling bags. Cold-Spot-Free Path: From the sampling valves to the split/splitless injector, the entire flow path is heated to maintain sample integrity.
Heated Configurations: Available in 80°C or 140°C versions to optimize the recovery of semi-volatile compounds and prevent condensation during transfer.
Ultra-Inert Flow Path (Option): For the analysis of reactive compounds such as sulfur species (H2S) or ammonia (NH3), all internal lines and valves can be SilcoNert® 2000 treated to eliminate adsorption and ensure accurate trace detection.
Options:
- Ultra-Inert Flow Path
- Scale your operations with ease: support up to 46 sample streams for Micro-GC or 30 streams for standard GC configurations.
- Gas Bag Sampling Autosampler: integrated pump and rotameter
Modular Placement: Fully configurable for either right-hand or left-hand side installation.
The Chemlys Advantage: Engineering & Reliability
Bespoke Sampling Solutions: We design products that evolve with your specific analytical needs, not the other way around.
Hydrogen-Ready Safety: Work with total peace of mind. The Streambox features an inert gas purging system to prevent gas buildup in the event of a leak—a critical safety feature for laboratories transitioning to Hydrogen carrier gas.
Simplified Maintenance: Minimize downtime with our front-access architecture. Valves and critical components are positioned directly under the hood for immediate accessibility and rapid servicing.
A versatile tool with multiple applications, designed to meet your evolving sampling needs.
STREAMBOX adapts to a wide range of containers, including cylinders, canisters, Tedlar® bags, and all other types of gas sampling pouches.
