Operating Principle:
The CHEMBOX is a standalone automation system that eliminates the need for dedicated software or specific operating systems. As a license-free, multi-user platform, it provides a streamlined environment to monitor and manage your Micro GC Fusion® data from any workstation via a web browser.
Connected via LAN, the CHEMBOX can interface with one or multiple Micro GC Fusion® units, automatically retrieving all analytical results in real-time.
Easily create tracking graphs for all critical parameters available in the Micro GC Fusion®, including peak areas, retention times, raw concentrations, normalized concentrations, and peak amounts.
Advanced Modular Options:
Calculations Module: Create custom formulas based on Micro-GC data to track specific performance indicators or complex KPIs over time.
Sensor Integration Module: Capture and correlate external sensor data (Pressure, Temperature, pH, etc.) directly within the CHEMBOX. These values are automatically synchronized with GC analyses and embedded into the final data file* for a comprehensive view of your process.
Custom Reporting Module: While standard reports include chromatograms and method parameters for every module, this option allows you to fully tailor the layout and branding of your documents to match your corporate identity.

*Note: To ensure perfect data correlation, analyses must be initiated directly from the CHEMBOX with configured and active sensors.
Details of options available for customization:
- Sensor option: allows you to add data from your sensors to complete your analytical data and have a global view of your results. Sensors must be able to transmit their data in Modbus TCP/IP. Adapters are available.
- Calculation option: allows to perform calculations from the data reported in the CHEMBOX and integrate them into your graphics. Calculations to be created in a calculator with the data available in the chosen method.
- Custom report option: lets you edit your analytics reports with your company logo and choose the data that appears.
- Toolbox option: allows to integrate custom developments to suit your needs (data processing, data recording in a LIMS, etc.)
- Offline option: Access a database identical to the Micro GC Fusion®'s "data browser" to work on all your data (chromatograms and results) without a connected analyser.
