During a trip, we asked one of our first clients to answer a few questions.

Mr Olivier RALLIERES of Toulouse's INP, was able to tell us about his user experience...

Installation and testing of two Micro GC Fusion

Installation and testing of two Micro GC Fusion at Toulouse INP – Chemlys

Can you quickly describe your research activities and themes?

I have topics around hydrogen, including fuel cells and electrolyzers. Among other things, the characterization, modelling and ageing of fuel cells is studied.

Did you know the Micro GC before? Did you have any priorities?

I didn't know Micro GC before. As the Hydrogen theme is multi-laboratory, I consulted with colleagues who had Micro GC. On the occasion of the public procurement for a Micro GC, I discovered Chemlys, which had just opened. Their technical offer with Micro GC Fusion pleased us, so we gave them their chance despite the « Youth » the company.

What is your opinion today with hindsight (benefits, disadvantages)?

In terms of more, I would say very fast implementation, ease of use and quality of measurement. No inconvenience comes to mind for now.

How you found the performance of Chemlys (Definition of need, support, problem solving, etc.) ?

Very good, both on-site training as well as maintenance and especially technical follow-up by telephone and availability to answer our questions. I think that's what makes the difference.

New developments in Chemlys Do you think they are tailored to your needs?

Totally, this helps us to continue the planned developments of our project.

Comments? Suggestions?

Keep going!
